Links by type of article on

with gratitude and props to artist/educator Phillip Martin
for allowing me to use the amazing artwork you’ll see
on a great many of the posts here —
CLICK HERE to read all about the incredible things HE’s up to!

Unfortunately for all of us, there doesn’t seem to be an automatic way to generate a site-map for you on this site with this template in WordPress.** Ay me!   So I set up my own version.

Scroll down and I’ve categorized links for you manually.

Below a bit of verbiage and a plea for help is my whenever-I-get-time-to-do-it attempt to organize some of the content to help you navigate to what you are most interested in reading.

PLEASE help me spread the word that my 25 years of reading and research
is posted here for free!

• Tweet  • Reblog  • Link  • Email  • Alert your Social Networks

It takes a village to educate a world

I’ll try to remember to add new links as I add new content, as well as adding anything I seem to have missed in my first hunter/gatherer trip around the site.  (No promises on that one, but the links below will easily keep most of you busy for a VERY healthy few months, even if you speed-read.)

BY THE WAY I’m talking real content here, so the posts that are “lighter” in tone, like most of the articles in the MGH FunhouseYou Play Too, ADD Top Tens & More Good Stuff will probably be short-shrifted on the menu below, NOR will you find most of the stuff from the “pages” menu (the darker, top menubar above).

You’ll have to check those out using the menus. Those “fluffier” posts are fun to write, and I’ve been told they’re more fun to read, so check ’em out!

ONE LAST THING: Heads UP WordPress experts

Take my tech struggles off my hands – PLEASE!
I need somebody (else) to fix my CSS!

There is SO much more I could do for SO many more if I weren’t spending needless time fiddling with html for BASIC functioning.

Since, back in the day I used to BE in your field, I just happen to know that ADD is rampant among my “computer geek” buddies — this is a good field for ADDers & you are probably doing well there.

There MUST be many who are struggling needlessly with the other parts of your lives — or those of you with offspring or partners who could be doing SO much better (and stop driving you nuts)

I’m one of the best ADD Coaches in the field – and a GREAT couples coach. I’d eagerly trade my expertise for yours. SPREAD THE WORD!

Get in touch through the E-Me form (upper menubar – right) and let’s talk!

That’s all, folks!  Have fun learning how to drive your very own brain – and, hey, leave me comments or questions after the articles you click to read, so I’ll have some clue as to what you want to know.  As I said somewhere on this site, I’ll follow your lead as to content. (But you DO have to lead me in the comments section below each post or I’ll assume that what I’m already doing is just PERFECT!)

Now that you’ve redone your site and site-map, would you mind updating your “Article Categories Hierachy?” Thanks!!

    • I’m THRILLED with your request – because it means you find useful enough to want to locate specific content. THANKS! Finding things is always the problem with a comprehensive site (and would be, even with an auto-generated sitelist) — I keep trying to simplify location (comments welcome).

I already spend A TON of time trying to keep things “tidy” here, but I’m not sure what you are asking me to update in your comment. If you mean the categories dropdown (at the bottom of every page), that is automatically generated by WordPress from ALL of the categories I use (and attach to articles – many categories overlapping).

The only way I could “update” it would be to edit each and every of the 400 plus articles on the site and change my category management system ::groan:: (that’s why it’s hidden away at the bottom – it’s most useful to me as I add content to the site).

I am now using LinkLists to help folks navigate – lists of links to content here by broad category. The link in this box goes to one of the most useful for most folks – by Challenge.

Click on The Master LinkList (opens in a new window/tab – don’t forget to close it when you’re done) for a List of all the broader categories — linked above, and always available from the bottom row of the top menubar (top of dropdown – some of the more popular below). You can also get there from this mgh generated “Sort of a SiteList” – which is crazy-difficult to keep current!

If I charged for content I could hire an administrator to manage links and lists of articles — BUT I want to keep as much as possible available for folks who have more curiosity than money, so I do what I can to keep things free for as long as I can. (As it is, my own coach is pushing me to develop an eCommerce site and downloadable eBooks to get paid for the considerable time I spend here.)

Keeping a roof over my head and making a difference for anyone who is struggling is always a balancing act.

Hope this helps somewhat – and thanks for taking the time to leave your thoughts.

Incredibly sorry to learn you were mugged and robbed! There is not enough outrage to even begin to express my thoughts about what happened. Best wishes for a speedy recovery! I also wanted to check in about Peggy. Typing sounds impossible, so email me a one word message and I’ll reply with my phone number. I’m up all hours so anytime works. Feel better soon.
