ADDing in the Spirit to Allow Success to Emerge

The ADD Coach’s Dilemma . . .
“How do I manage strengths-based coaching when I’m dealing with deficits?”
With the necessity of time spent on “functional pragmatics” and ADD/ADHD information in our niche, ADD coaches often struggle to find a way to implement what is often referred to as “whole person coaching.”
Whole Person Coaching:
Partnering with clients to facilitate the process of designing a life of power, beauty and fulfillment: aligned with client standards and values, meeting client needs, and maintaining client-appropriate boundaries;
Championing growth and development as clients move from goal to goal to fashion an experience of living that is an increasingly greater expression of the client’s life purpose.

Go Within
Focusing on the inner workings of the Mind, Body and Soul enables us break free of day-to-day limitations by connecting with the energy behind the thought that manifests in that which we experience.
- Being Authentic, Being Mindful,
- Being Fully Present in the Now Moment,
- Being Connected, Being in the Heart Space,
- Being Unconditionally Accepting and Loving
- Being Intuitively Open . . .
It is in this space that clients begin to grow, believing that they can trust intuitive inner guidance. It is in this space that clients discover who they really are and what is most important to them.
And it is through the lens of this space that both client and coach ask the truly powerful questions that move life forward, regardless of (and in addition to) its functional pragmatics.
Coaching from Spirit is about understanding how to touch your inner core as
a vehicle for assisting your clients in understanding how to touch their own.

No – you have missed nothing – the ADD in the Spirit posts are either all listed in the menu together (Coach Training/Pro) OR listed as Related Content at the bottom of the posts themselves. We are simply waaay behind.
You may not be aware that our dear friend and colleague Kate Kelly almost died with stage 4 bladder cancer last January, and we have been on her care team. Kate recently transitioned (Kate is also Peggy’s co-author for several books, including the ADD classic You Mean I’m NOT Lazy, Stupid or Crazy?!). I doubt we’ll be caught up with everything until January, actually (if then, because of the holidays), since we are currently planning memorials, etc.
If you sign up for notification, you’ll receive an email whevever anything new is posted, so you’ll know when to come check. (but give us t-i-m-e, please – we’re doing the very best we can, consideraing that we’re grieving)
Thank you SO much (again!) for taking the time to comment, and for the acknowledgment. It is especially appreciated right now.
